KG MECH successfully conducted a 2 Day Workshop at MVSR College of Engineering on the behest of the Management. The Workshop showcased the Advance Technologies in Civil Engineering including REVIT Software, as to nurture the career of Engineers. KG MECH's attitude to develop the enthusiasm and perseverance of Engineers to cater the competition in a fast growing world has been the trademark, applauded by the Colleges and Clients.

“Intelligence plus character - that is the goal of true education”. Education is the Foundation upon which one can build the future. The function of education is to teach one to think intensively and to think critically to develop the Economy of a Nation. The Development of the Nation depends not only on Education but also on Generation of Jobs for the literate pupils. The Educational Symposium at KG MECH Pvt. Ltd. was organized with a larger view of creating leaders for promoting Small Scale Industries for generating new jobs. The Symposium was chaired over by dignitaries including - Mr. M Kodandaram, Chairman T-JAC & Professor – Political Science, O.U - Mr. Syed Abdul Gaffar, CEO – KG MECH PVt. Ltd, Education Director-HRO - Mr. Mohammed Iftekharuddin. MD – KG MECH Pvt. Ltd. - Mr. Mohammed Abdul Nayeem, Electrical Dept. Manager – KG MECH Pvt. Ltd. The attendees were mesmerized by inundated words of Mr. Kodandaram, briefing on the scenarios of Education and Employment in Indian Sectors. He also advised solutions for transforming education to provide effective skills as needed by hiring companies and to improve policies for effective employment generation.
